Shipping Policy

At NextGen Signature Prints, we work hard to create and deliver your orders with care. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

1. Order Processing Times

Orders are processed after payment has been received and confirmed.

Because many of our products are custom-made or printed to order, processing times may vary depending on the product, order size, design requirements, and current production volume.

Custom apparel, trucker hats, DTF transfers, and personalized gifts may require additional production time. If we anticipate a significant delay with your order, we will make reasonable efforts to contact you.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

Available shipping methods and applicable charges will be displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the available shipping options and applicable order details.

Any shipping promotions or free-shipping offers will be identified where applicable.

4. Tracking Information

When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order has shipped.

Please allow time for the carrier to scan and update the tracking information. Tracking may not show movement immediately after a shipping label is created.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their shipment once tracking information has been provided.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to correct the address before the order ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipment has begun.

Additional shipping charges may apply if a package must be reshipped because of an incorrect address supplied by the customer, where permitted by law.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your package is delayed, please check the tracking information and contact the shipping carrier for the latest update.

If your package appears lost or has not arrived within the carrier's estimated delivery window, contact us so we can help investigate.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your delivery location and contact the carrier. We will review the circumstances and assist as reasonably possible.

We will handle shipping issues in accordance with applicable law and any protections available through the shipping carrier.

7. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed because of an error on our part, please contact us within 7 calendar days of delivery.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the item and packaging when applicable.

We will review the issue and work toward an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, correction, or refund.

This reporting period does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable law.

8. No-Return Policy

All sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges on our products, subject to applicable law.

Our no-return policy does not eliminate any remedies that may be required for damaged, defective, incorrectly produced, or misrepresented products.
